- Minimums order must be $300
- Minimum order quantity is 12 or more
- You can get a discount at the following rates, 12 units (7%), 24 units (10%), 36 units (12%)
- Full freight costs will be charged, except when order is over $1000
- In case of a system error, and the wrong price is displayed on the website the price in our database will be used and we will inform you of the change in the order cost, for you to make a decision.
- We will not send the colour or pattern displayed in the image, but instead send a random pattern or colour instead.
1. Who can apply?
You must be a shop or business in New Zealand please fill out the form below.
Your total order must be greater than $300 excluding freight to be processed.
3. How to Identify Wholesale Products
- Wholesale Price is under the retail price. If you can’t find this, that item cannot be bought at wholesale price
- This is the retail price
All prices are including G.S.T.
4. Buy More Save More
The minimum order quantity is 12. You can get discounts at the following rates:
- 12 and more: 7%
- 24 and more: 10%
- 36 and more: 12%
You will only be able to see the discounted wholesale price at the shopping cart page
No coupons and voucher use available.
All orders with quantity less than 12 will not be processed.
Flat rate based on location will be charged when checking out, any additional freight cost will be added to your final invoice.
6. Packing and delivery
After you order we will send an invoice to you, after packing and calculating freight cost.
Please be advised, we will not send the colour or pattern displayed in the image, but instead send a random pattern or colour instead. If you would like a specific colour or pattern, please contact us first.
Pick-up is only available from head office (East Tamaki, Auckland).
Return & Refund
All claims for order shortages, damaged items, defective products or missing boxes must be reported within 7 days of delivery receipt. Please report as soon as possible.
Keep all the contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in. Please provide proof of damaged item (i.e. pictures) in order to get an exchange or a refund.
We will issue a credit within 7 days after checking the item is damaged or not. Once we decide to offer a refund, credits will be issued in your account.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items are faulty.
