Delivery

All orders will be shipped using our preferred freight or courier company within New Zealand. For overseas purchase, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for shipment and insurance of the goods with their nominated freight agent.

The cost of delivery is determined by the size of the items in your order and the delivery location and will display on the checkout page.

  • Small to medium sized items $7 for North Island and $14 for South Island.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100.
  • Extra shipping cost can be charged for oversized items (e.g. Big toys).
  • Deliveries to some areas may incur additional costs.

We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees.

After your order has been placed, picked and packed, you will receive an email notification advising you that your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking information.

Once your order is placed, we cannot make any item or detail changes, so please ensure your details are correct upon check out.

We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.

Due to delays since the earthquake, we can’t guarantee South Island Deliveries for Dangerous Goods will be as fast as Standard items.

Return

All claims of order shortages, damaged items, or defective products must be reported within 2 days of delivery receipt. Proof of damaged item (e.g. Pictures) is required in order to get an exchange or a refund. No returns will be accepted without authorization.

If your items arrive damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this and keep all the contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in. We do not credit for individual pieces. And you must first return them by post which will be repaid back upon the receipt of returning goods along with the receipt for the postage.

Refund

Once we decide to offer a refund or exchange, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item within 7 days of receiving your return. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement. Refunds will be issued in the same account used to place your order.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items are faulty.
