Lotsa Goodies Returns Policy

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Lotsa Goodies will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:  

  • You return the item/s within 28 days of purchase; 
  
  • You produce either your original Lotsa Goodies register or other adequate proof of purchase; 
  
  • The item is in re-saleable condition, meaning that:
    • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; and
    • It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; and  
  • The product is not one where a change of mind return is not available (see below). 
If these requirements are not satisfied Lotsa Goodies reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

Lotsa Goodies will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

  • Cosmetics (if the hygiene seal is broken)
  • Beauty products
  • Hosiery
  • Underwear

These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.

Lotsa Goodies will accept product returns and provide you with  refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and
  • You can present your Lotsa Goodies register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Lotsa Goodies Ltd. In the event that goods sold are deficient or faulty, the retailer has the obligation to repair, replace or refund. Refer to Consumer Guarantees Act for more information.

Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:  

  • Lotsa Goodies register receipt, however you may provide a clear photo of the full Lotsa Goodies register receipt, which must include the barcode;
  • Online Tax Invoice;   
  • Online proof of purchase can also include Zip, bank statements etc.;
  • Financial statement such as a credit card statement or a bank statement (however, when the proof of purchase does not clearly itemize the goods, more than one type of proof of purchase may be required). 


Note:  Refunds will only be issued using your original payment method;

You can contact us to get a process instruction of refund or exchange. You can return to any of our stores for either a refund or exchange.

If you can’t travel to our store, you can send back via courier.  The courier fee will be under your charge if it is change of mind return.

Products ordered through Lotsa Goodies Online and via Click and Collect can be returned to any of our stores, with proof of purchase.

Reciprocal Click and Collect products need to be returned via a Lotsa Goodies store and not the reciprocal collection store.

If you live a long way from your nearest Lotsa Goodies store, we recommend contacting Lotsa Goodies Customer service team for assistance prior to travelling to Lotsa Goodies to return your item. Remember also, when returning items in accordance with Lotsa Goodies’s Return Policy you don’t need to return to the store of purchase, you can attend any Lotsa Goodies store.
