In the checkout, if logged in, select “Click & Collect”. If you are not logged in, then fill in your billing details and address, and then the option will become available. This service is available only in the Auckland area. Click “PLACE ORDER” to proceed, and you will receive an email to confirm your order. If you can not find it, please check your Spam and Trash tab.
After we finalize the order, you will receive an invoice with our bank details at the bottom. We will email you when your order is ready at your selected store for you to collect (3-7 working days from order for standard items, 7-10 working days for oversized items)
Collect your item at a store
Head into store with your order confirmation (if you don’t have a printer don’t worry, you can show us your email on your phone). Remember to bring some identification with you into store and collect from the POS counter.
Yes – Click & Collect is FREE.
We hold Click & Collect orders for 10 calendar days after you receive your collection notification.
If you do not collect your order within 10 calendar days we will cancel the order and contact you for refund and will charge $3.00 for service fee.
Your order will be picked from our online fulfilment centres and sent to your chosen store, the days in between is the time it takes to be picked and travel between stores.
Bank transfer or deposit
Yes – family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:
- A copy of the order collection notification
- A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
- Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection
Most items are available for Click & Collect but there are some exceptions. Click & Collect will be shown as a delivery method at checkout if it is available for your selected items.
Click & Collect is available at all of our Auckland stores.
Yes, If you change your mind and decide to return items/s, you can contact us to get a confirmation of refund or exchange. You can return to any of our stores for either a refund or exchangeore.
